DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

Join our dynamic team, where you'll enjoy a balanced schedule of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday!

Here's what we're looking for in our ideal residential and commercial Lead HVAC Installation Technician:

• 2+ years of residential or commercial installer experience
• EPA Refrigerant Containment certification
• Valid Georgia state driver's license with a safe driving record
• Ability to commute to work to pick up the company truck and go to residential and commercial jobs
• Reliable transportation
• Having a NATE certification, the knowledge and experience of installs, and how to lead a helper are a plus!

Applicants who don't have the experience required will be considered for a helper position!

After reviewing the day's schedule and discussing the projects ahead, you head out to your first installation site, where you expertly assess the space and collaborate with your crew to ensure everything runs smoothly. You take charge of overseeing HVAC system installs, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and mentoring your team members, sharing your invaluable knowledge along the way. As the day progresses, you find satisfaction in ensuring homes are comfortable and energy-efficient, knowing that your leadership fosters a culture of excellence.
