At Air Professionals Heating & Air Conditioning in Flemington, NJ, we're hiring a skilled HVAC installer with 4+ years of experience to help guide our team toward success as a full-time Lead HVAC Installation Technician!

As our Lead HVAC Installation Technician, you'll earn a competitive salary of $60,000-$80,000 per year and receive in-house training and manufacturer training!

THE LEAD HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Can you meet these qualifications?

• 4+ years of experience as an HVAC installer
• EPA certification
• Strong leadership skills, including delegation and on-the-job training
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record

Our ideal candidate has the following:

• Strong knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems and components
• Proficiency in soldering techniques
• NATE certification

We're looking for someone who can:

• Review project details and ensure the crew has the necessary tools and materials
• Lead system installations, meeting industry standards
• Train apprentices, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Delegate tasks, maintain efficiency, and leave worksites clean

This is a full-time position with overtime available. Some weekend work will be required, and your hours will be discussed in the interview!
