JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for basic and advanced technical and mechanical production of Cenero's audiovisual and video conferencing integration projects. Actively participates in mechanical and technical production and processes to ensure a great client experience delivered with the highest quality possible. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Technical Production

• Provide technical installation and guidance for Cenero's basic and advanced integration projects.
• Exhibit high level experience and ability on technical processes, hardware, and software.
• Provide technical understanding and guidance for signal flow.
• Setup, configure, and test signal flow systems.
• Calibrate & tune audio and video levels and signals per standards.
• Diagnose and correct signal flow issues with troubleshooting methods.

1. Mechanical Production

• Provide mechanical install and guidance on projects.
• Understand mechanical processes, materials, and tools.
• Utilize installation standards to ensure safety and design compliance.
• Handle materials carefully during transit and installation.

1. Production Support

• Utilize room check and dry-run processes to ensure job completion.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Participate in lessons learned and process improvements.
• Report daily updates to management.

1. Engineering & Sales Support

• Follow PPE protocols.
• Maintain document control and field mark-ups.

1. Other Responsibilities

• Maintain client interaction, site assessment, and training.
• Ensure safety training is current.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate activities with subcontractors and personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High school, trade, or college education, or equivalent experience.
• Prefer ten plus years of AV lead experience.
• Advanced knowledge of AV equipment, VTC, networking hardware/software.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, switches, routers, firewalls.
• Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to run low voltage cabling, including drilling and conduit work.
• Ability to operate lifts and work at heights.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret technical documents, communicate effectively, and respond to inquiries.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to apply principles of algebra and equations.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Infocomm CTS certification (preferred).
• Crestron DMC-E (must obtain within 2 years).
• OSHA 10 Hr construction (preferred).

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Must be able to lift 75 pounds regularly.
• Work at heights, in cramped spaces, and handle overhead work.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Travel to remote sites, environment varies from construction to office settings.
