Job summary

Kayl Heating & Air is seeking a Lead HVAC Install Tech in Doniphan, NE. The role combines hands-on installation with leadership of a install crew, ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and top-notch customer satisfaction across residential and light commercial projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of installation experience, 2+ years in leadership, and proficiency in gas/refrigeration piping, ductwork, low-voltage controls, and EPA/NATE credentials.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on residential and light commercial HVAC installation experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience leading installation crews.
• Advanced proficiency in gas piping and refrigeration piping.
• Strong expertise in HVAC ductwork design, fabrication, and installation.
• Proven ability to train, mentor, and effectively lead a team.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC low-voltage controls and systems.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and industry best practices.
• Current EPA Certification; willingness to obtain NATE installer certifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
