• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in the safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools.
• Must pass motor vehicle and background checks and a drug screen.
• Physically dexterous and able to handle field work.

• Analyze work orders, address customer concerns, and perform HVAC installations.
