Job summary

AIRO Mechanical is seeking a Field Supervisor for HVAC installs to oversee install execution, provide technical guidance to the labor force, and ensure quality and a positive customer experience. You will collaborate with sales, PMs, and team members to drive successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate has HVAC installation experience, leadership abilities, and strong problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and Office products.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, codes and industry best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and Office products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of installs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the labor force as necessary.
• Ensure the installs meet quality requirements.
• Provide ancillary support for warranty and specific service calls when necessary.
• Ensure a positive customer experience for the install process.
• Collaborate with sales, PM’s, and other team members to ensure successful project execution.
• Be eager and willing to collaborate with all levels of job duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
