Job summary

AIRO Mechanical, LLC is seeking a Commercial Installer to lead the installation of commercial HVAC projects under the direction of the Project Manager. You will guide a team of installers, ensuring quality and timely execution on diverse commercial settings.

Responsibilities include coordinating materials, maintaining safety standards, and providing technical guidance to the crew while ensuring customer satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in multi-family or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in HVAC installation, particularly in commercial settings.
• HVAC License a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation projects for commercial HVAC projects as assigned by Project Manager.
• Provide leadership to Commercial Installers assigned to projects including job directions, training, coaching and quality checks.
