Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification required.

• Strong understanding of HVAC, refrigeration, piping, and sheet metal.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multi-trade crews.
• Review plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Perform field layout and verify accuracy.
• Manage submittals and material procurement.
• Attend coordination and scheduling meetings.
• Conduct daily site visits for progress and quality.
• Communicate with Project Managers and field teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
