Job summary

Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino Hotel is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the daily activities of the maintenance team and ensure optimal operation of all building systems, including HVAC and related equipment.

You will manage preventative maintenance programs, coordinate safety and regulatory compliance, and drive projects to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive building maintenance including HVAC experience.
• HVAC license required.
• Mechanical knowledge of machines and tools, their design, use, repair and maintenance.
• Working knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and patterns of use.
• Knowledge of refrigerant systems, expansion valves, compressors, motors, coil units and other components.
• Knowledge of building operations and control systems.
• Strong communication skills in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of maintenance team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Oversee HVAC systems and related equipment across casino facilities.
• Ensure compliance with tribal, federal and gaming regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare reports and analyze data to improve facility operations and reduce downtime.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate safety measures as needed.
• Plan and manage projects to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.
