A leading entertainment company in Illinois is looking for a Property Operations Manager responsible for directing the operations and upkeep of the casino's physical property. The ideal candidate will oversee daily job orders, preventative maintenance tasks, and ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines. Applicants should have strong skills in facilities maintenance and at least 3 years of experience. A high school diploma or GED is required, while technical certification is preferred.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or trade school preferred.
3+ years of facilities or building maintenance experience.
Prior lead, senior, or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Responsibilities
Direct operations of the Property Operations department for property upkeep.
Oversee daily job orders and ensure quality and timely task completion.
Ensure tracking and execution of preventive maintenance tasks.
Demonstrate willingness to deliver quality guest service.
Maintain compliance with Illinois Gaming Board Rules.
