ASG seeks a Lead Programming Engineer in California to lead, mentor, and grow our programming engineering group. You will coordinate between sales, PMs, design engineers, and field personnel to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

With 5+ years in HVAC/building controls and deep experience with Automated Logic, you will shape standards and drive team development while managing multiple projects on site.

Competenze

• BS in Mechanical, Electrical or Aerospace Engineering required.
• 5+ years of related HVAC/building controls/construction work required.
• 5+ years of direct experience with Automated Logic control products preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop equipment and system programs meeting project scope and performance.
• Develop equipment graphics for intuitive user experiences within project scope.
• Delegate tasks to Senior Engineers’ teams based on skills.
• Perform QA/QC of equipment and graphics to meet standards and design intent.
• Track and assist on projects to ensure deadlines.
• Lead training, development and performance assessment for new engineers.
• Lead feedback loops between field and engineering to address questions and concerns.
• Enforce programming standards and project integrity.
