Job summary

Spring Branch Independent School District is seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee installation, preventative maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and building automation systems. You will assign staff, manage preventive maintenance schedules, and coordinate with contractors to ensure safety and code compliance.

The role requires extensive HVAC knowledge, supervisory experience, and the ability to lead projects with district staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; two years of college preferred HVAC courses.
• EPA Universal license required or to be secured within first year of hiring.
• Valid Texas Class C driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize, and assign work requests.
• Supervise repair and installation of HVAC equipment and controls systems.
• Conduct quality checks of work in progress or completion.
• Oversee building automation system repairs and replacements.
• Train staff in proper use of tools and procedures.
• Maintain records of materials, labor, and inventory.
