CCL seeks an experienced HSE Advisor to support a major wind farm construction project in Victoria, Texas. You will promote a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, providing day-to-day HSE guidance to on-site teams, contractors, and subcontractors.

The role emphasizes crane operations oversight, electrical safety, LOTO, incident investigations, and active participation in toolbox talks to drive safe delivery of the project.

Formación

• Proven experience as an HSE Advisor in construction, preferably wind/renewables.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA construction safety regulations and site safety management.
• Experience overseeing crane operations and critical lifts from an HSE perspective.
• Experience supporting electrical construction and energization including LOTO.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day HSE support to on-site personnel, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and observations.
• Monitor activities for OSHA compliance and project HSE procedures.
• Oversee lifting operations, crane movements, and heavy equipment on site.
• Support energization planning and LOTO activities.
• Review JSAs, AHAs, and Method Statements.
• Lead toolbox talks, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Maintain HSE records and reporting.
