Job Overview: The HRIS Business Analyst will work closely with Human Resources, Information Technology, Operations, and other business teams to analyze, design, and implement HR information systems (HRIS) solutions that meet the company's business needs. This role involves gathering and documenting requirements, configuring systems, supporting end-users, and ensuring HRIS tools are efficient and effective. The HRIS Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting the HR department's use of technology and ensuring smooth integration of HRIS solutions with other organizational systems.
Role Overview
The HRIS Business Analyst will work closely with Human Resources, Information Technology, Operations, and other business teams to analyze, design, and implement HR information systems (HRIS) solutions that meet the company's business needs. This role will involve gathering and documenting requirements, configuring systems, supporting end-users, and ensuring that HRIS tools are efficient and effective.
This position is REMOTE and can be based anywhere in the U.S, with a focus on eastern and central time zones.
