Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Principal Analyst to lead HR technology risk and access governance across SAP SuccessFactors and other HR platforms. You will partner with HR Operations, IT, Privacy, Legal and Internal Audit to build sustainable access controls and evidence for audits.

The role demands strong SOX knowledge, governance design, and cross-functional influence. This hybrid position requires in-office presence several days per week and may involve up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, business, risk, finance or related field required.
• Minimum of 8 years in HR technology, HR operations, access governance or related governance.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM or SAP HR platforms.
• Hands-on knowledge of role-based access, privileged access and lifecycle controls.
• Familiarity with SOX, IT general controls, control design and remediation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain HR technology risk and access governance operating model.
• Translate SOX requirements and privacy expectations into HR processes with evidence.
• Lead roadmap for preventive controls, access lifecycle, and privileged access oversight.
• Partner with HR Ops, IT, Security, Privacy, Legal and Internal Audit to align governance needs.
• Serve as HR subject matter expert for access governance and HRIS controls.
• Design and improve HR system access processes: requests, provisioning, terminations and re-certifications.
