Boston Scientific is seeking an HR Technology Analyst III to serve as the functional owner of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, delivering a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. You will configure workflows, business rules, and notifications, collaborating with HR Ops, Talent Acquisition and IT to align onboarding with business needs.

The role requires 3+ years in HR tech, experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, strong Excel/Access skills, and SOX knowledge.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years' experience as a business analyst supporting HR technology systems including SAP SuccessFactors.
Experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0—workflows, rules, templates and configurations.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary owner and SME for SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, ensuring stability and alignment with business objectives.
Partner with HR Ops, Talent Acquisition, HR Shared Services and business leaders to develop the onboarding roadmap and prioritize enhancements.
Identify opportunities to improve onboarding through automation and best practices to enhance the employee experience.
Lead cross-functional projects, including M&A, delivering solutions meeting business and technical needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with IT, SAP, and vendors to minimize disruption.
Manage SuccessFactors release lifecycle, coordinate testing, and implement approved functionality.
Develop and execute test scripts, ensuring governance and change management.
Engage in SuccessFactors communities to stay current on trends and best practices.
