Job summary

Boston Scientific in the United States is seeking a Principal Analyst, HR Technology Risk and Access Governance to lead access governance, privileged access oversight and SOX readiness across SAP SuccessFactors and other HR platforms.

You will partner with HR Operations, HR Technology, IT, Security, Privacy and Internal Audit to implement control evidence, role ownership, remediation plans and ongoing access reviews, ensuring governance and data protection across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, information systems, business, risk management, finance, operations, computer science or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with role-based access, privileged access, and user lifecycle controls.
• Strong SOX ITGC knowledge and experience integrating privacy and security requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to influence across HR, IT, Security, Privacy and Internal Audit without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain HR technology risk and access governance operating model with governance forums and ownership.
• Translate SOX requirements and privacy expectations into HR processes with evidence and sustainability.
• Lead design and improvement of HR system access processes: requests, provisioning, recertifications and removals.
• Maintain role catalogs and ownership, and strengthen controls for privileged/access accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure audit readiness and remediation actions.
