Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Principal Analyst to lead HR technology risk and access governance. You will manage access governance, privileged access oversight, and HRIS Sarbanes-Oxley readiness across HR platforms.

The role partners with HR Operations, HR Technology, IT, Security, Privacy and Internal Audit to build governance, evidence, and remediation processes throughout the employee lifecycle. The position follows a hybrid model requiring in-office presence at least three days a week,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, information systems, or related field.
• 8+ years in HR technology, governance, audit remediation, risk or SOX controls.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM or SAP HCM.
• Hands-on with RBAC, privileged access, periodic access reviews and exception management.
• Knowledge of SOX, IT general controls, evidence requirements and testing expectations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain HR tech risk governance model and access governance operating model.
• Translate audit findings and privacy requirements into HR processes with defined evidence and accountability.
• Maintain multiquarter roadmap for preventive controls, access lifecycle management and role governance.
• Partner with HR, IT, Security, Privacy, Internal Audit to align governance and resolve control gaps.
• Lead design and continuous improvement of HR system access processes and approvals.
