Job summary

Viridien, a technology, digital and Earth data company, seeks an experienced HPC Solution Architect Team Lead to guide architecture and delivery of HPC and Cloud infrastructure across our global landscape.

You will own end-to-end architecture, translate requirements into scalable designs, mentor engineers, and participate in on-call rotation, helping advance performance, security, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Linux administration in HPC environment.
• Experience in solution design and technical leadership.
• Ability to design and implement automation/IaC solutions.
• Familiarity with open-source technologies and cloud services.
• Experience with container orchestration in design/delivery contexts.
• Scripting skills: Bash, Python, Perl.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture and delivery of HPC and Cloud solutions.
• Translate requirements into scalable, secure architectures and roadmaps.
• Lead architecture governance, design reviews, and technical decisions.
• Collaborate with infra, networking, storage, security, and application teams.
• Drive automation, IaC, and Linux platform optimization to improve reliability.
• Contribute to technology roadmap and reference architectures.
