Zusammenfassung

Step Up is seeking a Lead Housing Case Manager to supervise a housing support team in Davidson County, Nashville, providing outreach, housing search/placement and ongoing support to homeless adults with mental health and substance use challenges. The role supports the Program Manager, ensures Housing First compliance and supervises 8–10 residents.

Proficiency with Office 365, HMIS/Welligent, and a Tennessee driver’s license are required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3–5 years’ housing/case management experience with chronically homeless adults.
• Proven leadership, organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient use of Office 365 products required.
• Tennessee driver’s license with a good driving record.

• Assist Program Manager to hire staff, provide feedback and coaching per Step Up policies.
• Supervise case managers, monitor productivity, service provision and HMIS documentation.
• Represent Step Up at meetings with community stakeholders and partner agencies.
• Provide coverage for Program Manager as assigned.
