Job summary

Yora Nordic Spa invites you to join the founding housekeeping team in Portland as a Supervisor. You will lead the day-to-day housekeeping operations, coordinate shifts, and ensure spaces reflect Yora's calm, clean standards ahead of the November 2026 opening.

You will coach staff, onboard new team members and partner with maintenance to deliver a seamless guest experience while maintaining high quality and safety standards across all spa areas.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of housekeeping experience in hospitality or premium guest-service environments.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning systems and sanitation standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to lead by example.
• Strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead housekeeping team during assigned shifts and coordinate daily tasks.
• Inspect change rooms, washrooms, relaxation spaces and public areas.
• Ensure cleaning schedules, inspections and quality standards are met.
• Coach and onboard new Housekeeping team members.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and spa teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Support labor deployment and management of linens, supplies and equipment.
