Trident Seafoods is seeking a Housekeeping & Support Lead II to oversee day-to-day housekeeping and laundry services at Trident facilities in Alaska. The role requires independent work and leadership of housekeeping staff, with supervisory duties in some locations.

Employees may reside in company housing with a daily co-pay; willingness to travel to multiple facilities is expected. Comprehensive benefits are offered to eligible staff and adherence to safety policies is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience required.
• Must have worked as a Housekeeping & Support Lead I within the past year.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Forklift Certification to move supplies.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist in training of new housekeeping staff.
• Perform basic housekeeping duties and stocking, cleaning bathrooms, and common areas.
• Launder employee clothing and work attire.
• Replenish supplies and replace bulbs.
• Clean storage rooms, offices, corridors, and stairways.
• Notify leads of equipment malfunctions and safety incidents.
