Job summary

Trident Seafoods is seeking a Housekeeping & Support Lead III to supervise daily housekeeping and laundry operations at our Alaska facilities. The role requires independent leadership of staff and ensuring high cleanliness and safety standards.

The position offers full-time hours, rotation, and travel to facilities. Alaska-based employees should have medical coverage and familiarity with Trident policies; a forklift certification and strong customer service are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a current Trident Seafoods employee or have worked for Trident Seafoods before.
• 6 years’ experience in a housekeeping position.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assists in training of new housekeeping staff and supports daily operations.
• Cleans and stocks bathrooms and common areas; launders employee clothing.
• Replenishes supplies, replaces light bulbs, and cleans storage areas.
• Notifies leads of equipment malfunctions and assists in housing prep.
• May manage housekeeping duties in the absence of the Foreperson.
