Job summary

Trident Seafoods is seeking a Housekeeping Resident Service Support to help manage daily housekeeping and laundry tasks at our facilities in Alaska. The role includes preparing housing for crews, stocking areas, and ensuring clean, safe living spaces for employees.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of housekeeping or customer service experience, strong attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months housekeeping or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning appliances and proper use of cleaning agents.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work extended periods.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic housekeeping duties: clean and stock bathrooms and common areas.
• Launder employee clothing and work attire.
• Replenish bathroom supplies and replace bulbs.
• Clean storage rooms, offices, corridors, lounges and stairs.
• Empty and clean waste bins, dispose of trash.
• Clean dryer lint traps after each laundry load.
• Sweep and mop floors; wax and polish as needed.
• Report equipment malfunctions to leads or supervisors.
• Assist in preparing housing facilities for crew arrivals.
• Support bunkhouse inspections and room assignments as needed.
• Complete required safety and environmental trainings.
