Trident Seafoods is seeking a Housekeeping & Support Lead III to oversee day-to-day housekeeping and laundry operations across Trident facilities in Alaska. The role requires independent work and occasional supervision of entry-level staff, with a note on housing co-pay for those in Trident housing.

Responsibilities include training new staff, cleaning duties, laundering employee attire, restocking supplies, and maintaining safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Proven good customer service skills.
• Ability to supervise housekeeping staff.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and equipment handling.
• Experience training new staff.

Responsabilités

• Assist in training of new housekeeping staff.
• Perform basic housekeeping duties and stock bathrooms and common areas.
• Launder employee clothing and work attire.
• Replenish bathroom supplies and replace light bulbs.
• Clean storage rooms, offices, corridors, and restrooms.
• Empty bins, transport trash to disposal areas, and clean dryer lint traps.
• Sweep, mop, and wax floors as needed.
• Notify leads of equipment malfunctions.
• Prepare housing facilities for crew arrivals.
• Assist in inspecting and cleaning bunkhouse rooms.
• May supervise housekeeping in absence of Lead Foreperson.
