Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a Lead Supervisor to train and certify new housekeepers on our 7-steps and MasterMind Mobile usage. The role involves assessing performance, guiding productivity and cleanliness metrics, and certifying staff. When possible, the Lead Supervisor may assist with room inspections.

Travel is occasional as needed, and the ideal candidate will be able to train, supervise, and ensure adherence to MasterCorp’s standards across the site.

Qualifications

• Train staff on MasterCorp's 7-Steps to Clean process and MasterMind Mobile usage.
• Assess and provide feedback on houskeepers' timeliness, dependability, and quality.
• Coach housekeepers on productivity and cleanliness metrics.

• Certify/Recertify housekeepers on 7-step Certification.
• Inspect rooms and assist with inspections.
