Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or combination of education and work experience.
• Passion for cleanliness.
• Demonstrated motivational skills.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to train others.
• Willing to travel rarely.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning personnel and ensure units are cleaned effectively and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain a high standard of excellence within staff.
• Assign duties to housekeeping personnel.
• Assist in training staff, both existing and new recruits.
• Report unit maintenance issues and ensure safety at sites.
