MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a Timeshare Supervisor/Inspector to oversee cleaning personnel and ensure units are cleaned effectively and efficiently. You will monitor timeliness and uphold the company’s mission and values across sites and staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a high standard of excellence within staff.
• Assign duties to housekeeping personnel.
• May prep rooms for housekeepers during busy periods.
• May clean rooms using MasterCorp’s 7-step cleaning process.
• Assist in training of staff, both existing and new recruits.
• Report unit maintenance issues as per company procedure.
