Job summary

Grand Hyatt San Diego is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and ensure guests experience a clean, comfortable environment on the waterfront in downtown San Diego.

You will supervise staff, conduct daily inspections, and coordinate with front desk and maintenance to ensure timely room readiness. Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, strong communication, and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years hotel housekeeping experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills; ability to use hotel management systems.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff and maintain hotel cleanliness to standards.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to improve performance.
• Conduct daily room inspections for high quality.
• Coordinate with front desk and maintenance for timely room readiness.
