Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff, provide training, coaching and feedback.
• Interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff; handle discipline as needed.
• Oversee cleaning of guest rooms, public areas and back of the house to maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Assign tasks, manage inventory, and ensure supply availability while controlling costs.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain Lost and Found records and assist with safety procedures.
