The Lodge at Ventana Canyon in Tucson, AZ seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and service standards. You will supervise staff, inspect spaces, manage supplies, and coordinate with Guest Services, Engineering and Management.

Ideal candidates have prior supervisory experience, high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; equivalent hospitality or housekeeping experience may be considered.
Previous Supervisory experience.
Six months of hospitality, housekeeping, hotel, resort, private club, or other applicable cleaning experience preferred.
Ability to read, listen, understand, and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Must pass a background.

Lead and supervise housekeeping team; ensure standards are met and a positive work environment is maintained.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
Prepare and assign daily work based on occupancy and priorities, and communicate updates to the team.
Train new staff on procedures, safety requirements, and service expectations.
Coordinate with Guest Services, Engineering and Management to resolve issues and improve guest experience.
