Job summary

The Loren Hotel Austin is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee all housekeeping department associates and ensure cleanliness and sanitation across guest rooms, public areas, and laundry. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and teamwork to maintain exceptional standards.

You will coordinate shift schedules, train staff, monitor productivity, and ensure adherence to safety and sanitation SOPs.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Ability to manage 5–10 associates and coordinate daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Direct, interview, hire, train, and schedule Housekeeping staff.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and manage VIP arrivals and room assignments.
• Monitor productivity and adjust staffing as needed to maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee supply ordering, inventory control, and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and safety standards.
