MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a Timeshare Supervisor/Inspector to oversee housekeeping personnel and ensure quality standards across all units in a hospitality setting. You will supervise staff, assign duties, and help maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include training, room prep during peak periods, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring safety on-site while promoting efficient turnover and excellent service.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Strong work ethic and ability to train others.
• Passion for cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work irregular hours, including peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high housekeeping standards with staff.
• Assign duties to housekeeping personnel and supervise their work.
• Prep rooms for housekeepers during busy periods.
• Assist in training of staff and new recruits.
• Report unit maintenance issues as per procedure.
• Inspect units for cleanliness and report any issues.
• Inspect and prepare clean units and report vacancies.
• Assist in linen inventories and storage organization.
• Ensure safety and a sense of urgency on site.
• Support in resolving guest complaints promptly.
