Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. seeks a Timeshare Supervisor/Inspector to oversee housekeeping teams in our timeshare properties. You will assign duties, ensure units are cleaned efficiently, and uphold our 7-step cleaning process. Travel is occasionally required.

You will train new recruits, report maintenance issues, and maintain safety standards, aiming for on-time turnover and outstanding guest experiences. A high school diploma and a passion for cleanliness are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Passion for cleanliness and hospitality.
• Ability to motivate and train staff.
• Willingness to work irregular hours.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Demonstrated motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a high standard of excellence within staff.
• Assign duties to housekeeping personnel.
• May prep rooms for housekeepers during busy periods.
• May clean rooms using MasterCorp’s 7-step to clean process during busy periods.
• Assist in training of staff, both existing and new recruits.
• Report unit maintenance issues as per company procedure.
• Inspect units and report vacancies as ready.
• Ensure safe working environment at each site.
