Job summary

Bally's Evansville in Evansville, IN is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the room inspection program, coach inspectors, and ensure guest room standards are met around the clock. You will personally inspect VIP suites, supervise housekeepers, manage schedules, monitor laundry and inventory, and participate in safety audits under the direction of hotel operations.

Responsibilities

Manages the graded room inspection program and housekeeping variance program through coaching and discipline.
Inspects rooms inspectors have already inspected to improve performance; conducts training and discipline as needed.
Personally inspects all VIP guest rooms and ensures that their requests are completed.
Oversees housekeeping team operations and conducts safety audits as directed; ensures compliance with policies.
