Job summary

Texas Hotel Management is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team and ensure rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet hotel standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

You will inspect work, coordinate with Front Office, manage supplies, address guest requests and complaints, and enforce health and safety procedures to maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management preferred.
• Experience supervising housekeeping staff is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and presentation.
• Coordinate with Front Office on room status and priorities.
• Train and coach housekeeping staff; monitor attendance and performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel SOPs.
• Manage supplies, inventory, and equipment, reporting shortages.
