Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient computer skills; Word and Excel experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Housekeeping associates daily.
• Determine daily work assignments based on occupancy, staffing guides, and business needs.
• Inspect guestrooms and public areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Coordinate linen operations, inventories, and distribution.
• Collaborate with Front Office to communicate room readiness and status.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and standards met.
