Responsibilities

• Clean, service, and maintain guest rooms, suites, and corridors according to luxury boutique hotel standards.
• Make beds with precision, ensuring linens are crisp and defects-free.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, fixtures, mirrors, floors, and surfaces.
• Replenish guest room amenities, linens, towels, and supplies per brand standards.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report issues promptly.
• Maintain assigned public areas ensuring a pristine appearance.
• Communicate courteously with guests while maintaining privacy.
• Respond to guest requests and coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Handle guest belongings with care and confidentiality.
• Follow hotel security, privacy, and lost-and-found procedures.
• Operate housekeeping equipment safely and follow safety guidelines.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Support sustainability initiatives.
