Mr C Coconut Grove is seeking a Houseman to support the housekeeping team and ensure a clean environment for guests. Responsibilities include cleaning floors, directing guests, and assisting housekeepers with tasks.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, possess good physical stamina, and be available to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends. The position offers a competitive wage and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience as a Porter, Janitor, or Custodian.
• Availability to work overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with security regulations.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets.
• Direct guests to the reception area or the appropriate office/room.
• Assist housekeepers with carrying linens, towels, and trash.

Skills

Hands-on experience with industrial cleaning equipment

Solid verbal communication skills

Basic mechanical skills

Good physical condition, stamina, and strength

Education

High school diploma
