Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead the Housekeeping Department in providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members, guests, and staff at the club. You will recruit, train, and manage the housekeeping team, while partnering with club leadership to maintain high cleanliness and safety standards.

The role involves scheduling, coaching, performance feedback, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or personnel management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead a diverse team and motivate staff.
• Red Cross CPR/AED certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Experience with inventory, scheduling, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop housekeeping staff.
• Schedule staff while managing payroll budgets.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and service standards.
• Conduct inspections and provide coaching.
• Maintain records and coordinate with club leadership.
• Respond to member concerns with professional service.
