Job summary

Hilton Houston Post Oak by the Galleria is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to join the leadership team as the #2 in the department, working with the Executive Housekeeper to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee daily housekeeping operations, drive room readiness, and coach the team to uphold Hilton's standards of service and quality throughout guest spaces and meeting areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to guest service excellence and Hilton values.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations in guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and meeting areas
• Ensure room readiness and prompt, efficient cleaning and availability for guests
• Manage departmental processes including system usage, budgeting, forecasting, and policy enforcement
• Conduct inspections of rooms and public areas to maintain high-quality standards
• Inspire and develop the team through coaching and a positive work environment
