Job summary

Spanish Peaks Mountain Club in Big Sky, MT is seeking a Lead Housekeeper to oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations and ensure rental homes meet our high standards for member and guest experiences. The role includes mentoring Room Attendants, coordinating daily tasks, maintaining cleanliness, and using housekeeping software.

A minimum of 2 years' hotel housekeeping experience and fluent English are required; high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel housekeeping.
• Must speak, read, write and understand English.
• Knowledge of hotel housekeeping operations.
• Knowledge of housekeeping service techniques and maintaining productivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide mentoring and training to Room Attendants.
• Provide feedback to management on team development and progress.
• Time management for your team and all assigned daily tasks.
• Provide feedback to management and associates on the cleanliness and maintenance of those areas against standards.
• Assist with delegating assigned daily tasks.
• Utilize and manage housekeeping software.
• Navigate and assist with transportation of Room Attendants across property.
• Cleaning rooms, homes, and rental homes to company standard.
