Job summary

Yellowstone Club is seeking a Director of Housekeeping in Big Sky, MT to lead the Housekeeping, Lodgekeeping and Laundry teams year-round, ensuring top guest service and safe, smooth operations across all spaces.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of managerial experience in a club or luxury resort, with proven ability to recruit, train, and develop staff while upholding the club’s standards. Strong leadership and budgeting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university; 5+ years of managerial experience; 5+ years of management responsibility as an Executive Housekeeper/Assistant Director or Director of Housekeeping in a Club or luxury resort.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the Housekeeping, Lodgekeeping and Laundry teams; oversee daily operations of all managed homes, public spaces, offices and back-of-house areas.
• Plan, oversee and manage deep cleaning projects; ensure all spaces meet club standards.
• Maintain room status communication with other departments; coordinate schedules and staffing.
• Oversee inventory, purchasing and budgets for Housekeeping, Lodgekeeping and Laundry; ensure safety and compliance.
• Provide leadership, training and development of employees; conduct regular meetings and performance reviews.
• Build strong relationships across departments to provide highest level of service to Members and guests.
