Job summary

The Big Sky Resort is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Team Leaders for the Housekeeping team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring guest rooms are pristine. Lead daily operations, guide your team, and create a productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills; comfortable using a two-way radio.
• High attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Physically able to walk, stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Start each day by guiding your team with a clear plan.
• Inspect guest rooms for cleanliness, quality, and readiness.
• Provide constructive, supportive feedback to your team.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance to resolve requests.
• Take ownership of your assigned hotel section.
• Support your team by jumping in where needed.
• Step in to help other Team Leaders on high-volume days.
• Lead by example and foster a spirit of collaboration.
