Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Lead Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for residents and guests in its community settings. The role includes supervising daily housekeeping assignments and ensuring public spaces and residents' apartments are kept to the highest standard.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one month related experience and/or training.
• Additional education can be substituted for experience on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cleaning public spaces including lobbies, halls, stairwells and dining areas to present the community in a positive manner for residents and guests.
• Interact with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner, providing assistance and directions as requested.
• Schedule daily assignments and monitor supplies; may supervise other housekeeping staff as needed.
