Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Lead Housekeeper to support the Environmental Services Department. The role includes scheduling staff, handling fee-for-service engagements, and training team members to uphold service standards.

You will maintain inventory of supplies, chemicals, and equipment and serve as back-up to the Environmental Services Director during absences. This is a frontline leadership position within a senior living environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one-year supervisory experience in the environmental services industry.

Acts is currently seeking candidates for our Lead Housekeeper position within the Environmental Services Department.

In this role, you will support the Director of Environmental Services with administrative tasks including the scheduling of staff assignments, charging of fee for service engagements, and training of staff. Maintains inventory of supplies, chemicals, and equipment. Serves as back-up to the director in his/her absence.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one-year supervisory experience in the environmental services industry

Pay Range

$16.47 - $19.35 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
