We are hiring immediately for full-time LEAD HOUSEKEEPER positions at Inova Fair Oaks, 3600 Joseph Siewick Drive, Fairfax, VA 22033. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, with every other weekend/holiday work required. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Some leadership experience necessary; willing to train.

Pay Range: $16.50 to $18.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Supervises, trains, and inspects the performance of assigned housekeeping staff to ensure all procedures meet standards. Assists to ensure high-quality service to guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide quality service with attention to detail.
• Manage staff reporting, attendance, and documentation.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate staff breaks and distribute assignments.
• Maintain security of keys and equipment, inspect areas, and ensure cleanliness standards.
• Assist staff to uphold cleanliness and service standards.
• Conduct staff training and contribute to team professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
