Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a full-time Lead Housekeeper to assist the management team in supervising the housekeeping department, training staff, and upholding cleaning standards. The role involves working with maintenance for preventative maintenance, conducting guest room inspections, and taking on additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Basic English comprehension and communication.
• Ability to supervise and train multiple associates.
• Knowledge of housekeeping standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Trains new and existing housekeepers and inspects guest rooms.
• Ensures housekeeping carts and laundry areas meet company standards.
• Coordinates with maintenance for preventive maintenance and deep cleaning.
• Performs daily housekeeping tasks and assists with weekend cleaning as needed.
• Maintains overall hotel cleanliness and supports department initiatives.
