The role requires coordinating daily work schedules, supervising staff, and maintaining equipment while adhering to safety protocols and company policies.

Position Summary

We are seeking a thorough and motivated Lead Housekeeper to oversee the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities. The ideal candidate will maintain high standards, ensure a positive guest experience, and supervise housekeeping operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all areas of the facility to established standards and within set timeframes.
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests and team members.
• Create daily work schedules and record all serviced rooms.
• Ensure all housekeeping equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Report shortages, damages, maintenance issues, or security concerns promptly.
• Handle reasonable guest complaints or requests professionally and elevate when necessary.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of consumables.
• Comply with all health, safety, and company regulations.
