Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Housekeeping/Hotel department policies and procedures.
• Ability to learn a detailed inspection routine.
• Ability to empower and coach direct staff.
• Basic computer skills, QWERTY keyboard, and office phone knowledge.
• Ability to prioritize workload.
• Must obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per regulations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Housekeeping experience of at least 1 year, recent preferred.
• Experience with inspecting/quality control and leadership is required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms for cleanliness and quality to Belterra standards.
• Provide superior service to internal and external customers.
• Relate information via phone, radio, pages, computer system, or in person.
• Report deficiencies and coordinate with Engineering for maintenance.
